We will plan for a pickup date in Red Deer, Sherwood Park & St. Paul in August + September. Dates are TBD.
Pick up instructions:

Pick-up can be arranged on or after August 5 (August 5th for fresh pickup). Our farm is located 1 mile south and 1 mile west of Withrow, AB (45 minutes west of Red Deer).

Once we have the final weight of your order we will email you an invoice with the remaining balance which can be paid before or at pickup. You may pay your balance through the email using card or with cash / e-transfer to vanvalleyfarm@gmail.com before pickup.
- Please plan to pickup your order asap following butcher dates, we have limited freezer room and have beef coming into the freezers in October. Storage fees may apply if orders are not collected by October 1.

Vanderkley Valley Farm raises chickens on pasture from 3 weeks of age and rotates them to fresh grass daily. Pasture raised chicken has been found to be higher in iron, antioxidants, and omega 3 (with a desirably lower omega 6:3 ratio). They are fed a locally sourced, made in Alberta and freshly milled soy-free, corn- free and canola- free feed. No added hormones, antibiotics or medications. They are processed on farm by a licensed mobile butcher, meaning they spend nearly every day of their life on our farm under our care.
